Microsoft Outlook

Microsoft Outlook is in Make, and so is Instnt Print. A scenario of two steps: when Microsoft Outlook sees a new e-mail in a folder, print the order slip. No code, and nothing runs on your own machine.

How to set it up

1. 01In Make, start a scenario with Microsoft Outlook as the trigger: a new e-mail in a folder.
2. 02Add the Instnt Print module “Print a template”, pick the printer and the template for the order slip.
3. 03Map the fields from Microsoft Outlook onto the template’s fields, run it once, and check the printer.
