What would it cost you
Move the sliders. The sum on the right is the whole bill — subscription, overage and hardware — next to what the usual alternatives run to.
For comparison
A basic machine that has to stay on, per location, written off over three years — power not included.
Priced per machine and per print, on top of that PC. List prices, converted.

What counts as a print?
Every job that reaches a printer. A job that failed — no paper, printer offline, bridge unreachable — is not billed, because nothing came out.
Do I need a bridge per printer?
No. Two USB printers fit on one bridge — a receipt printer and a label printer on the same counter is the usual case. You need a bridge per location, not per printer.
Can I start without hardware?
Yes. Every account has a virtual bridge: it accepts jobs, renders them exactly as a real printer would, and shows you the result. You integrate first and order the bridge once it works.
Can I use a computer instead of a bridge?
Yes, on a Mac, a Linux machine or a Raspberry Pi: the bridge also exists as software and speaks the same protocol as the hardware, so nothing about your integration changes when you swap. A proper Windows app is still being built.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. Billing is per month and overage is pay-as-you-go. There is no minimum term and no notice period.
What if I want to run it myself?
The server ships as a Docker image. Self-hosting needs no subscription; it also comes without our support and without the hosted dashboard.
How does VAT work?
Prices exclude VAT. Businesses in the EU with a valid VAT number are invoiced with the reverse charge.
You do not need one to start
Every account comes with a virtual bridge. It accepts jobs, renders them exactly as a real printer would, and shows you the result in the dashboard. Integrate first, order the hardware once it works — that way the box arrives at a counter where the software is already finished.
