Ticket Tailor

Ticket Tailor sends a webhook on a new order. Give it an incoming address from the dashboard and say once which of its fields go where on the ticket. Nothing to build on their side.

How to set it up

1. 01Dashboard → Notifications → incoming: create a hook and copy its address.
2. 02In Ticket Tailor, add a webhook for a new order that posts to that address.
3. 03Map their JSON onto the template for the ticket; the dashboard shows the last payload so you can see the field names.
