Zendesk

Zendesk is in Make, and so is Instnt Print. A scenario of two steps: when Zendesk sees a new ticket, print the return label. No code, and nothing runs on your own machine.

How to set it up

1. 01In Make, start a scenario with Zendesk as the trigger: a new ticket.
2. 02Add the Instnt Print module “Print a template”, pick the printer and the template for the return label.
3. 03Map the fields from Zendesk onto the template’s fields, run it once, and check the printer.
